Refund Policy

BiomarkersLabs practitioner accounts are free. There is nothing to refund for account creation or access to reference content.

Practitioner Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Refund eligibility for test orders depends on the processing status. Orders that have not been submitted to the partner laboratory can be cancelled and fully refunded. Once a specimen has been received by the laboratory, the order is non-refundable.

Contact support@biomarkerslabs.com with your order reference number. Refund requests are processed within 5–7 business days.
