BiomarkersLabs.com is exclusively for licensed healthcare practitioners — including physicians, clinical doctors, and functional medicine practitioners. Patients and the general public cannot order tests directly through our platform.
How do I create a practitioner account?
 

Visit the Practitioner Portal page and click "Register Your Practice." Fill in your details and licence number. Our team will review your credentials and activate your account within 1–2 business days.

Is BiomarkersLabs.com available outside the USA?
 

Yes. BiomarkersLabs.com serves licensed practitioners globally — including the USA, EU, UK, and Canada. Test availability may vary by location based on regional compliance requirements.

How do I place an order for my patient?
 

Log in to your practitioner portal, browse the test catalog, select your required tests, enter your patient's basic details, and complete checkout. A requisition form is issued to your portal immediately after confirmation.

How does the patient get their sample collected?
Once an order is confirmed, a requisition form is issued to your practitioner portal. The patient takes this form to a certified draw centre in their region. For certain tests, approved home collection kits are available.
Where are results delivered?
 

All certified lab results are delivered securely to the ordering practitioner's portal account only. Results are never sent directly to the patient. You will receive an email notification when results are ready.

How long do test results take?
 

Most results are available within 1–7 business days after sample collection. Turnaround times vary by test and are listed on each test page in the catalog.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes — cancellations are accepted before specimen collection. A 10% administrative fee applies. Orders cannot be cancelled after the sample has been submitted to the laboratory.
Are there practitioner discounts available?
 

Verified practitioners receive exclusive discounted pricing on all tests — automatically applied at checkout. Volume discounts are also available for practices ordering 10+ tests per month.

Is BiomarkersLabs.com HIPAA and GDPR compliant?
 

Yes. BiomarkersLabs.com meets all required compliance standards — including HIPAA (USA), GDPR (EU/UK), PIPEDA (Canada), CLIA, IVDR, and CE Marking. All patient data is handled securely and never shared without authorisation.
