Orders not acted upon within four (4) months of the purchase date will expire automatically. Expired orders are not eligible for refunds.

BiomarkersLabs.com works exclusively with certified, internationally compliant laboratory partners. However, laboratory results carry an inherent risk of variance. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of:
Refunds related to results are only considered where a confirmed laboratory error or equipment failure is formally documented and communicated to BiomarkersLabs by the laboratory partner.
A 10% administrative fee is deducted from all eligible refunds to cover platform and processing costs. This fee is non-negotiable and applies to all cancellations unless a full refund is warranted under Section 4.
