No. BiomarkersLabs operates on a pay-per-test model. Registration is completely free. You are only charged when you place an order for a test or panel.

Can I see individual test prices before ordering?

Yes — full per-test pricing is visible within your verified practitioner portal after login. Prices are not publicly listed as they are exclusive to verified practitioners.

Are there any taxes on orders?

All orders are processed tax-free for verified practitioners in applicable jurisdictions. Any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Your tier is automatically upgraded based on monthly volume. Downgrades are reviewed at the end of each billing month based on your order history.

How are practitioner discounts applied?

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout based on your account tier and monthly order volume. No coupon codes or manual claiming is required.

How do I qualify for the Practice or Enterprise plan?

Practice plan discounts apply automatically once your monthly order volume reaches 10+ orders. For Enterprise, contact us to discuss custom pricing and onboarding.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure PCI-compliant payment processor. Enterprise accounts may be eligible for monthly invoicing arrangements.
