Only verified, licensed healthcare practitioners. Patients and the general public cannot place orders directly. A valid medical licence must be on file before ordering is permitted.
How does the patient get their sample collected?
After order confirmation, a requisition form is issued to your portal. The patient attends a certified draw centre in their region, or uses an approved home collection kit where available.
Where are test results delivered?
All certified lab results are delivered securely to the ordering practitioner's BiomarkersLabs portal account only — never directly to the patient.
Can I order tests for patients in other countries?
Yes. BiomarkersLabs serves practitioners globally. Test availability may vary by region. Select the patient's country during ordering to confirm test availability.
Do I need to be registered to browse the catalog?
No. You can browse the public test catalog freely. However, a verified practitioner account is required to place any orders or access pricing.
How long does it take to receive results?
Most results are delivered within 1–7 business days depending on the test. Turnaround times are listed on each individual test page in the catalog.
